- RETURNS
In the unfortunate event that you wish to return an item due to a fault, please contact us immediately via e-mail to sales@wrightgolfshop.co.uk to arrange its return. Once we have received the item and can confirm the fault we will either arrange a replacement item or a refund depending on both stock availability and the customers preference and also a refund on the postage charges.
- CANCELLATION
Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel an order within a period of seven working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the goods are delivered. Please e-mail immediately to sales@wrightgolfshop.co.uk or write to the above address. If the item is awaiting despatch the order can be cancelled immediately and refunded if payment has been taken. If the item has been despatched already we would ask that you return the item, within seven days, upon receipt of the unused item we would then refund both the item and the customers return postage costs.
