Delivery Information

 

1.  CHARGES

Wright Golf Shop are pleased to offer a home delivery service.  All orders over £30 in value are shipped free of charge within Mainland United Kingdom.  For goods up to the value of £30 there will be a £3 charge.  For delivery elswhere please e-mail for a quote, info@wrightgolfshop.co.uk 

2.    DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery is arranged via the Royal Mail, therefore should be delivered within 5 working days if you are in the UK.  If you do not receive your goods after this time please contact us via e-mail, info@wrightgolfshop.co.uk, include order number (which can be found on your original order), and we will endeavour to trace your parcel.

We strive to keep all the goods listed in stock, however occassionally we may need to order items direct from a manufacturer, if this is the case we will be in contact with you to give you a delivery date.

3.     RECEIPT OF GOODS

Orders can be delivered direct to either your home or work address, and are usually made Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).  A signature will be required on delivery of goods.  If no one is available a card will be left with arrangements for re-delivery included.  If you have any queries please e-mail to info@wrightgolfshop.co.uk

4.     COURIERS

We rely on the service provided by couriers, and we endeavour to deliver goods as we have stated, however there can be occasions were the courier fails to provide the service you have paid for and we have requested, for this we apologise however we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
